How do I find out the total cost of the project?

2) As the cost of the project depends on many factors, such as a particular service you are interested in, the country you plan to enter, the products or services you sell as well as other things, we send you two questionnaires – a readiness one and one about your product or service with questions about your project to give us more detail.
3) You fill them in and send them back.
4) We make a free estimate on this basis and tell you what it is the cost of your project.

Is it possible to find out the cost of the project without a meeting?

Yes, it’s possible. You fill in the questionnaires we send to you. We make a free estimate on this basis and email it to you. However, most of our clients prefer to meet in person or have a call with us at least. In this case you receive a half hour free preliminary consultation.

Will the cost of the project be explained?

Yes, it will be explained in detail. After you fill in the two questionnaires we send you and send them back to us, you receive a free estimate of your project on this basis. This estimate includes a list of services provided to you, the hours we’ll spend and our hourly rate.

What are the terms of payment?

We offer our clients payment on a prorated basis. Proportional amounts are discussed with each client. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. The services and its total cost are fixed in the agreement and don’t change during the project unless you decide to modify the scope of the services.

After a free preliminary analysis of your project we write a contract and a statement of work. What reports do clients receive in the course of the project?

While providing services to our clients we keep them informed on its progress. We send reports to them on a regular basis which depends on the term of the project. Usually we report once a week.

Do clients need to go somewhere in the course of the project?

We usually come to our clients’ places of business and work with them on-site. With clients whose places of business are out of the GTA (the Greater Toronto Area) we communicate via telephone or Skype.
